Join the Institute of Tour Guiding accredited guides on a stroll around the beautiful and historic medieval wool village of Lavenham.


Once one of Europe’s most important and wealthy cloth producers and the home of the Suffolk Blue cloth. Discover the story of the village, its people and buildings, including the Swan Hotel, Crooked House, Guildhall, Little Hall and the links to Harry Potter, and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star!

Tours are approx. 90 mins and start at the Swan Hotel in the High Street. No need to book, just meet the guide on the day.

Suitable for all ages. Please make sure you wear suitable outdoor clothing and shoes.
A visit to the church can be included on the day, please ask the guide. Parking is available in paid car parks or on the street.
