West Suffolk is lucky enough to have a number of unique outdoor event venues in stunning locations.

Outdoor spaces available to hire from West Suffolk Council include Abbey Gardens, Brandon Country Park, Nowton Park, East Town Park and West Stow Country Park.

If you would like to organise an event at one of the parks or outdoor spaces in the area, please follow the link to apply:

Please note West Suffolk Council requires all applications to be received a minimum of 10 weeks prior to the event.

If you are not yet ready to make an application but wish to find out if a specific date is available or have initial questions, please contact the Parks Department on 01284 757088 or email parks@westsuffolk.gov.uk

Please note there is a £25 fee to secure dates. This fee secures the hire of the park or open space and will be deducted from the overall hire charge. The event booking is not secured until this payment is received.
