COVID-19 update – Parks and open spaces
During the national lockdown from Thursday 5 November 2020, we can confirm that the Abbey Gardens, Brandon Country Park, East Town Park in Haverhill, Nowton Park and West Stow Country Park are open daily for visitors. Toilets are open and takeaway refreshments are available in all of these parks, apart from the Abbey Gardens and East Town Park.
Play areas are also open.

From the beautiful floral displays and abbey ruins of Bury St Edmunds’ Abbey Gardens, to the nature-rich arboretum and woodland trails of Brandon Country Park, there is so much to explore.
