Sound Bath in the Saxon Village

Join SoulCentred Sound as they take you through a relaxing Sound Bath in the atmospheric setting of West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village.

A Sound Bath gives an opportunity to take time out from all of life’s demands to relax, refresh and restore. It is a nourishing experience that asks nothing of us, except that we lie in comfort and let it all wash over, as if we were listening to gentle music.

The session isn’t recommended for anyone with a pacemaker or in the early stages of pregnancy, and earplugs may be helpful for those who suffer from tinnitus.

This is an outdoor event, please dress accordingly.
Some mats, blankets and bolsters are provided, please bring whatever you need to lie comfortably on the ground.
