Experience a magical journey lit by enchanting willow lanterns along Newmarket’s Yellow Brick Road which runs alongside a rare and ancient chalk stream.
The parade will leave George Lampton Playing Fields at 6:30pm (arrive from 6pm). There will be exciting performances along the way and at the finish from local dancers, bands, singers, drumming groups and more.
The parade will take approximately 20 minutes and is around 3/4 of a mile.

Wheelchair friendly route. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Parking
Where possible, we encourage you to walk to the event but parking is available at George Lampton Playing Fields car park off Fordham Road and there are no parking restrictions around the Lester Piggott Way area. At the end of the parade, there is limited parking on Brickfields Avenue and Hyperion Way and the surrounding area of Studlands Park Community Centre. Please park considerately.
