Christmas Ball at The Apex

Celebrate your 2023 Christmas party with us at The Apex.

The evening will begin with a live saxophonist playing while you enjoy your arrival prosecco in our lounge.

Shortly after the welcome drink you will be shown through to our auditorium for our magical Christmas ball. Chef has created an amazing three course meal to suit all tastes which you will enjoy in the stunning space whilst our team serve and delight.

After dessert has finished and that last cracker pulled the saxophonist will do a live set with the DJ to get you all on the dancefloor. The DJ will then go on till late taking those requests and party anthems way into the next morning.

After last year’s sell out, book fast as there are only four nights planned for Christmas.

Bookings are required for minimums of 10 guests per table. Multiplies of 10 guests are required.

Starters
Coarse farmhouse terrine, with local red onion marmalade and crisp sourdough
Fennel and gin cured sea trout, served with a raw beetroot salad with rye crackers
Leek, potato and watercress soup topped with a cheese twist

Mains
Turkey roulade, pigs in blankets, roast pots, stuffing, carrots and sprouts.
Lentil and cranberry loaf, tomato fondue with roast pots and vegetables
Baked Salmon, roasted new potatoes, baby carrots, Swiss chard, chive butter sauce

Desserts
Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
Lemon Tart, macerated winter berries
Black forest roulade, chocolate shavings and boozy cherries

Terms and Conditions
A £15 per person deposit is required to secure every booking. Once any payment is received no refunds or special discounts will be given.

Please note that you will be fully charged for the number of guests indicated on the signed contract

All payments are non-transferable to other events and cannot be used to pay for beverages at the event.

Any bookings made after the 1st November are not eligible for deposit payment and must be paid in full.

The final balance payments will be due no later than one month prior to the event date.
All invoices and VAT receipt’s will be raised under the name and contact details of the party organiser, please make sure these are correct at the time of booking.

We are unable to accept multiple payment methods for an invoice.

All pre-orders must be returned at least one month prior to the event with any special dietary requirements. Any final changes must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event together with a seating plan. If no seating plan is provided, guests will be seated in the order provided on the pre-order form. The form must be filled in digitally as no other documents will be accepted.

Please be prepared to provide proof of age with valid and current identification. This can be either be a UK photo card drivers licence or passport. The team at the Apex and security reserve the right to conduct ID checks at any time.

Any damage to the property will be charged back to the party organiser who, by confirming a booking accepts liability for any damages caused by their party.
No food and drink can be brought onto the premises.
Beverages are not permitted to leave the premises and must be consumed during the event.

In the event of offensive / abusive language or behaviour, staff reserve the right to refuse service or request ejections of the offender from the premises. In this situation no refunds will be given.

The Apex does not take responsibility of any items lost or damaged during the event.
Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted into our party nights.
