One of the UK's top folk music events, Ely Folk Festival has a reputation for hosting great music acts in an intimate, family friendly environment and is one of the most keenly priced weekend music events in the country.
IMPORTANT.. Dogs- whilst dogs are welcome on the festival site we can no longer accommodate camping with dogs on Campsite 2 and Campsite 3. This is due to EOSA (Rugby Club) making their site a dog free area. If you are bringing your dog, please book camping on Campsite 1 or 4. The festival reserves the right to move anyone camping with a dog on Campsite 2 and 3 to an alternative campsite
Once again this year's fantastic line-up includes a diverse mix of established, and exciting new acts including: Show of Hands, The Young’uns, Martyn Joseph, Daphne’s Flight, Blackbeard’s Tea Party, Midnight Skyracer, Noble Jacks, Megson and many more. Details about the concert line-up, our packed workshop, dance and childrens' programmes, and lots more information about the festival is available at the Ely Folk Festival website.
Early bird weekend tickets are available before midnight 7th July when online booking closes. Ault tickets start at £83 and children £27. Tickets can also be purchased for individual days of the festival. Concessions are available and children under 12 receive free entry.
To enable you to book a mix of different ticket types, Weekend, Weekend & Camping, Friday, Saturday and Sunday tickets appear as separate "events".
* Tickets for these can be added successively to the same shopping basket by clicking on 'continue browsing' after each ticket type before proceeding to checkout. You can then reselect the event by searching Ely Folk Festival;
* Camping is only available to weekend ticket holders. In order to enable us to manage space on our campsites, you will have to purchase camping pitches in addition to your "Weekend & Camping" tickets. Camping pitches can be selected as part of your booking path when booking Weekend Tickets & Camping. (Note: you only need to book a pitch for each tent, caravan or campervan, not for each person.) Campers who are registered disabled with mobility problems should book a pitch of the required type e.g. caravan/campervan and then phone 07500 527334 after booking to request the pitch to be in one of the reserved disabled areas. A map showing the campsites can be viewed at Ely Folk Festival camping map.
Remember, if you are bringing a dog please book campsites 1 or 4
* For online bookings a printed copy of the email from the Apex confirming the booking will be accepted at the on-site festival box office to issue wristbands. If, for any reason, you wish to have printed tickets posted to you, there will be a charge of £1.00 per transaction to cover postage.
* Bookings can also be made by phone or in person during the normal Apex box office opening hours, and by post using the booking form on the Ely Folk Festival leaflet which can be found at various folk events and elsewhere or downloaded from the Ely Folk Festival website.
Except for in person bookings there will also be a charge of £1.00 per transaction to post the tickets to you. (See Whats on West Suffolk terms and conditions).
