Newmarket Sausage Festival

Get ready for a sizzling day of family fun as the Newmarket Sausage Festival returns to Market Square, Newmarket on Saturday 26 September 2026, from 10am to 3pm.

This free annual celebration of all things sausage promises to be bigger and better than ever, with delicious local food and drink, live entertainment and a packed programme of sausage-themed activities.

New for 2026 is the Cookery Theatre, where talented chefs will showcase creative ways to cook with sausages, alongside the return of festival favourites including the Sausage Dog Competition and the legendary Sausage Pan Races.
