One of our best loved authors returns to Lavenham Village Hall to discuss her latest book, Autumn.
Her new book Autumn The story of a season is an atmospheric, personal memoir celebrating her favourite season. It is a love-letter to Sussex, blending nature writing with local folklore. It explores the changing landscape and the mist-filled marshlands of her childhood.
Kate Mosse has sold over 8 million books; her work has been translated into 38 languages and published in over 40 countries. She is a firm favourite with Lavenham Literary Festival goers, this being her third appearance. Perhaps best known for her Languedoc Trilogy including the best-selling Labyrinth, Kate has an extraordinary talent for inter-weaving narratives and evoking settings with sensory detail.
