Lavenham Literary Festival - Colin Sell & Janet Ellis

If you have ever listened to an episode of BBC Radio 4’s I’m Sorry, I Haven’t a Clue you will recognise the name of Colin Sell as the much put upon but extremely gifted pianist whose musical improvisations at the piano add much to the programme’s hilarity.

Following in the tradition of Flanders and Swann, Colin links music and comedy with ease. His collaboration with Barry Cryer and Willie Rushton on Two Old Farts in the Night and The First Farewell Tour played to sell out audiences and he has a wealth of anecdotes about the stars of one of the BBC’s best loved radio programmes.

Join us for a glass of wine during the discussion between Colin and Janet Ellis, presenter and iconic star of Blue Peter as well as a renowned historical novelist. Colin and Janet are certain to entertain and bring the festival to an uproarious conclusion.
