Gather and Ground

‘Gather and Ground’ adult relaxation events now available at West Stow!

Come and join us around the fireside and recharge.

We will provide opportunities to learn and practice natural crafts and ‘being in nature’, to gather together and to ground in a beautiful natural space.

This is a relaxed session with emphasis on personal choice on how you spend your time with us, and with gentle invitations to participate in activities.

• Please dress for the predicted weather
