Hosted by acclaimed actress and broadcaster Helen Atkinson Wood, and curated by theatre director and actor Nick Hutchison, the evening features an exceptional line-up including legendary keyboard virtuoso Rick Wakeman, Britten Pears Arts, St Edmundsbury Choir, DanceEast, broadcaster and writer Libby Purves, British cultural historian, biographer and novelist Lucy Hughes-Hallett, distinguished journalist Martin Bell, and Suffolk favourite Charlie Haylock — alongside acclaimed literary voices, emerging young performers and original new works created especially for the occasion.
From classical masterworks to contemporary compositions, spoken word to dance, and brand-new pieces written especially for the occasion alongside timeless favourites, this is an evening designed to entertain, move and inspire. Whether your passion is music, literature, performance or simply celebrating the place we call home, there truly is something for everyone.
