Event details

Bring your little ones to see our little ones. On our lambing days, you will see newborn, young and older lambs out in the paddocks. You might even see a lamb being born!

Lambs will be gambolling about in the paddocks and the Gardens in spring are a delight, with drifts of massed daffodils. Elsewhere, winter starkness shows off the shapes of trees, especially the gnarled arms of the ancient espaliered fruit trees in the Walled Garden, standing like old men in line. The fish in the moats delight everyone. Greylag and Canada Geese have returned to breed. Percy the Peacock and his wives roam the manor.

For younger visitors there are the Courtyard Maze and the Yew Castle, with its secret tunnels to explore, and I Spy challenges to answer which will keep looking.

Times: 10am to 3pm (house open from 11am to 3pm)
Tickets: Adults £18.90, under 3’s free
Booking: Booking essential – via the Kentwell Hall website
Venue: Kentwell Hall, Sudbury
