Step back in time almost 500 years to experience everyday life in Tudor Suffolk at Kentwell Hall in Sudbury!
See, hear, touch and smell 16th Century England brought to life by over 200 of Kentwell’s skilled Living Historians, working and playing throughout the buildings and grounds. From the Clopton’s in the hall through all levels of society to the homeless hags, all Tudor life is here. Try your hand at some of the skills and tasks that make up daily life - knead bread, learn a dance, churn butter, pound herbal remedies, spin some wool and help make a silk braid.
