WW1 - Bringing The Boys Home

WW1 - Bringing The Boys Home

Event details

Bringing The Boys Home pulls together over 100 medical and military living historians to portray the full evacuation chain of WW1!

Tracing the footsteps of service men and women from the point of injury on the frontlines of France, we take you through trench-based aid posts, tented medical stations, base hospitals in requisitioned properties on the French coast, through the English countryside to convalescence and rehabilitation in the hospitals of home.

Prepare to be immersed in training for military service, experience being under fire in our trenches, lend a hand with medical aid, or join in fundraising and support efforts on the Home Front.
