Get involved in Brandon Country Park

Brandon Country Park volunteer group mornings run on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.30am-12.30pm/1pm.

Roles include:

• Landscape management: hedging, coppicing, mowing, pond work, fencing, posts etc.
• Horticulture: planting, weeding, watering, pruning
• General maintenance: Litter picking, litter bin changing, public engagement, trail maintenance

There is a possibility for volunteering outside of the two scheduled mornings in the following:

• Wildlife surveying
• Litter picking
• Events and Activities
• Site Wardening
• Visitor Engagement

There are no open volunteer groups at present. People are required to be interviewed prior to any volunteer activity so that we can plan for numbers and assess capabilities.
