Newmarket Soapbox Derby

Newmarket Town Council is excited to announce that the second Newmarket Soapbox Derby is set for Sunday 29 August 2021 with ‘fresh energy’ and more power.

All teams will get two runs of the course in a bid for soap and glory with an amazing prize for the winner.

The annual event will be held in Warren Hill with the support of Jockey Club and other stakeholders. An action-packed day whether you’re competing or spectating.

This year’s Newmarket Soapbox Derby will be FREE and open to the public. Book your free ticket today and be part of something incredible.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Parking will be allowed in the Serverals. Follow the signs for 'Soapbox Derby' and one of our stewards will direct you. The chartable parking is £1 per car. Parking will be first come, first served.
