Event details

Join us at Bury St Edmunds Guildhall for a poignant tale of journeys, beginning and endings.

When life has lost its road map, sometimes the only way to get back on track is to get back on the rails.

The Seventh Train is a ride - a road movie on railways. By turns heart-breaking, thought provoking and hilarious, this is a life-affirming exploration of the human spirit via the British railway timetable.

The Seventh Train is a play written by Jackie Carreira, founder of QuirkHouse Theatre Company with Actor-Poet AJ Deane. QuirkHouse showcase East Anglian talent and aim to bring theatre to people and places that might not usually see it. Performing in a variety of venues, from pubs and restaurants to village halls and historic buildings, they introduce new writing to their audiences with light-hearted, life-affirming productions.

Doors open at 7pm. Bar available.
