Join us at Whelnetham Community Centre for a spectacular evening in support of Freedom from Torture.
Classic cabaret numbers will be sung along with original sketches performed by local actors. The evening will include some classic cabaret songs including the empowering ‘I Am What I Am’, the hilarious ‘Song That Goes Like This’ and ‘Agony.’ Alongside these there will be powerful and moving numbers such as ‘Somewhere That’s Green’ and ‘I Don’t Know How To Love Him’ and some swing versions of more recent hits such as ‘Single Ladies.’ All this will be interspersed with sketches performed by experienced local actors. For one night only, it’s time to come to the cabaret! Large on-site car park. Refreshments will be available, cash donations only welcomed. Times: 7.30pm Tickets: £10, card payments not accepted.
