Dance Journey Sessions

Join us at West Stow for light, fun, movement sessions focused on coming back home into the body and freeing the mind. Absolutely no experience required - just a desire to move!

The Dance Journey approach draws on many bodywork disciplines that include dance, yoga, chi kung, shamanic journeying and meditation and gives people an invitation to enter into a regular practice that feeds us on many levels.

These sessions have proved to create powerful shifts in people's lives through the regular practice of moving and shaking. These sessions move beyond the mind, the heart gets a chance to lead and spirit gets a chance to guide. It cannot be worded in the way it can be shown - come along and find out for yourself how helpful this form of movement can be

-Please wear comfortable and suitable footwear and clothing to dance in. Sessions can be inside or outside, weather dependent, so please bear this in mind.

-Age 16+
-Dancers will be required to pay for parking as per West Stow Country Park parking regulations.

Times: 6.30pm-8pm, Wednesday evenings, 10.30am-12pm Saturdays.
Tickets: £15 per person, per session, or £60 for all 5 sessions.
